This 2 hour treatment is Shane’s signature massage.
ALL Shane’s clients receive & recommend this signature massage which includes:
– Hot Stone Therapy to relieve muscle tension & soreness.
– Hot towels infused with aromatherapy essential oils to rebalance your Central Nervous System, which enhances your body’s relaxation process.
– An array of multiple massage techniques to rebalance & return your body back to correct alignment.
– These massage techniques may include: Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, muscular Energy Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Chinese Acupressure,Hydro Therapy. Reflexology & Kahuna or Swedish Massage.
– These therapies & techniques will release muscle tension & soreness thus relaxing your whole body.
– During & after the massage, hot towels infused with essential oils are used to compliment the treatment which helps in your body’s healing process.
– The massage will finish with a face & scalp massage using lavender scented organic face lotion which will totally bliss you out !
– Your massage is performed in an air conditioned treatment room for your summer comfort & a heated treatment room for your winter comfort.

Sports & Remedial Massage
If you are suffering from acute or chronic pain due to sports injury, motor vehicle accident trauma, work place related injury or strain from sitting at a computer for prolonged hours, a Sports or Remedial massage is for you. While massaging, Shane will draw upon multiple techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point, muscular energy therapy (MET) and Chinese acupressure to relieve the symptom of the pain as well as locating the source.
Shane recommends 2 hours for this massage, to remedy pain and re-balance your entire body leaving you feeling completely rested and rejuvenated.
Kahuna Massage
An ancient Hawaiian massage dating back thousands of years. This flowing massage is very rhythmical and will completely relax and re-energise you.
Recommend 1 – 2 hours for this massage.
Swedish Massage
A relaxing massage to help you de-stress and unwind. Your tired body will be completely rejuvenated.
Recommend 1 – 1.5 hours for this massage.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a relaxing treatment focusing on the massaging of your feet only. All the relevant points pertaining to your vital organs will be massaged through Reflexology.
Recommend 1 hour for this treatment.
Cranial Sacral Balancing
This treatment balances all the bones in your cranium (head) as well as your sacrum, located at the base of your spine. Cranial Sacral Balancing will realign any trauma received from the day you were born.
Trauma can be sustained during birth or even a motor vehicle accident.
Recommend 1 hour for this treatment.
Reiki
An ancient oriental treatment dating back thousands of years, Reiki balances out your 7 energy Chakras, located from the top of your head down to the base of your spine. There are energy pathways called meridians throughout your body transporting electrical currents. This is the Universal life force coursing through every living being. This treatment involves balancing all the Chakras right down to the Metaphysical level of your being.

All treatments will include some complimentary energy work, carried out on a Metaphysical level by Shane while the massage is taking place.
